Skandia Online availability

  • From 8am to 9:30pm service Skandia Online enables full access to the data and possibility to submit financial requests (in the case of requests submitted on Saturdays, Sundays or other holidays, the next working day following the date of the submission shall be deemed as the day of delivery of a given request).
  • From 9:30pm to 8am maintenance works are carried out. From 9:30pm to 11:59pm the system is not available because of data updates. In case of large number of processes for the implementation the system downtime can be extended. After data updates are finished the system enables read-only access to data and there may be difficulties in submitting financial requests.


  • First sign in – enter Your Individual Number and the security passcode shown in a letter sent with the member card. A temporary passcode sent by a text message (SMS) will be used to sign in and to determine your new password.
  • Successive sign in - enter the Personal Identification Number, located on the Member Card "więcej niż finanse" and the password.
